Hotel Reservations Agent

Location: Curaçao

Join our dynamic team in Curaçao as Hotel Reservations Agent. You’ll be the first point of contact for divers looking to experience the beauty of our underwater world. Responsibilities include assisting clients with booking dive packages, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience. Our return customers keep coming back year-after-year as they receive personalized and quick service.

As a leader in our field, we take pride in our dedicated team and the high-quality services we provide. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Reservations Agent to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As a Hotel Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be handling reservation requests, providing accurate information, and assisting clients with their booking inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to hotel FIT reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Send out quotes and final invoices in accordance with dedicated hotel contracts and specials that they provide.
  • Process reservations and bookings in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist clients in choosing the best options based on their preferences and needs.
  • Providing support for hotel group reservations.
    Resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations in a professional and timely manner.
  • From time-to-time physically assist front-of-house with check-ins of groups and/or during lunch breaks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree
  • Hotel reservations experience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with proficiency in Dutch as a plus.
  • Strong computer skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach when sending out quotes.

Your role will involve helping clients choose the best dive packages, coordinating their travel arrangements, and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Dive Masters

Become a crucial part of the diving experience as a Dive Master. Your responsibilities will include leading dive trips, guiding divers through underwater marvels, and providing educational briefings that enhance their understanding of marine ecosystems and safety procedures.

Dive Instructors
