Diving Center with 5 facilities in Curaçao.
At our main Facilities located at Lions Dive and Beach Resort, we are looking to cover various positions
for several of our Dive Centers:
FULL TIME SHOP COORDINATOR
Activities:
- Providing information to, and registration of customers for the dive/snorkel trips and courses we provide
- Administration of registered customers
- Selling dive and snorkel products
- Planning of customers, staff, and logistics for different trips.
Requirements:
- Service oriented, social skills, representative and able to work under stress
- Good verbal and written knowledge of the English language and Dutch is a plus
- Computer skills, Word and Excel
- Interest and/or experience in diving and water activities is a plus
- Experience in a similar job is a plus

FULL TIME/PART TIME LICENSED BOAT CAPTAINS
For this job we are looking for an energetic and service oriented person who meets the following
requirements:
- Experience operating boats with
- twin screw, inboard motors
- 400 combined horsepower
- 36' or greater waterline length
- Minor engine prepping and maintenance
- Fuel filters
- Bilge/water pump knowledge
- Current PADI DM or Instructor rating

INSTRUCTOR
Ocean Encounters is looking for instructors to fill full time, non-seasonal, career positions within our operation.
We are looking for non-smoking, professional individuals who excel in teaching to PADI standards at all levels. If

General Duties:
- Teaching all PADI courses
- Promoting continuing education and customer retention during instruction
- Guiding certified divers from boat and shore
- Providing an unforgettable dive holiday to our guests
Minimum Requirements:
- MSDT Rating
- Able to teach Nitrox, Deep, Night, Wreck, and DUP.
- 6 months experience working in the dive industry
- Updated PADI materials including Cue Cards for all core Courses

FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE
In this position the candidate will be responsible for international e-mail and telephone correspondence for
information requests as well as group and individual dive bookings.
Duties:
- Providing information by telephone and e-mail to guests regarding dive / snorkel trips and courses
- Preparing a trip plan with customers according to availability and requests
- Taking care of all e-mail and telephone correspondence with customers regarding reservations and pricing
- Scheduling and booking courses and trips as agreed with customers
- Informing the different facilities of Ocean Encounters about confirmed bookings
For this job we are looking for an energetic and service oriented person who meets the following requirements:
- Experience in customer service duties
- Fluent in English and Dutch both written and spoken
- Interested in water sports
- Certified divers have a plus when applying for this job
